Signage Refurbishment & Vinyl Removal
Anybody wishing to bring there own material for refurbishment (e.g. Old Banners, A-Boards etc) or who bring vehicles with vinyl to
be removed before re signing may do so at there own risk.

Any Damages that could occur during Vinyl Removal, Cleaning or any other process that take place.

Any Colour Variations to any Existing Signage.

Colour Quality
L & N Graphic Designs can never guarantee that colours will be 100% accurate, however we do are up most to keep colour constant
and as close as we can to the original artwork.
Private Policy
Every item is described as accurately as possible and represents excellent value for money. All prices are shown in pound
sterling (£) they do not include VAT as L & N Graphic Designs are not VAT registered. It is our policy to offer goods at the most
competitive prices, however, if, due to circumstances beyond our control, we deem it necessary to alter any advertised price, we
reserve the right to do so without prior notice. Prices and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and while every
effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to
alter our prices and specifications without notice.
Invoices
Invoice must be paid within 10 days, if this is violated L & N Graphic Designs reserve the right to add 10% of the total unpaid
amount to the invoice. If you are then incompliant to pay, L & N Graphic Designs reserve the right to take legal action as necessary.
All Items remain the property of L & N Graphic Designs until paid for in full. No future work will be carried out until the invoice is
paid in full, unless you authorisation from L & N Graphic Designs.
Payment
L & N Graphic Designs accept payment by either Cheque or Cash. If you have any problems please contact us.
Returns
L & N Graphic Designs do not accept returns as everything is bespoke to order.
Cancellations
L & N Graphic Designs will accept cancellations up to 1 days after the order has been received on the understanding that no costs
have been incurred. In the event that your order has been processed for materials or printing cost will apply. You must inform us in
writing – by letter, fax or email of your decision to cancel. Deposits are none refundable.
Postage & Packaging
L & N Graphic Designs take no responsibility for any damages that may occur during transited buy either the courier or the customer.
Any damages must be reported with 24 hours of receiving.
